Speaking of words, I wrote,

With a subtle embrace in place,

It isn't easy to emote,

When all I see is your face,

Held close to the heart,

Though miles apart,

The sound of silence,

Growing louder,

As we shoot into space,

Of future in haste,

With no time to waste,

Trying to taste,

The happiness on the way,

Nothing to say,

Just you and me,

Born free,

Just to see,

What's in store,

In the end,

That we wish to find,

From the beginning,

Till the reel of life,

Stops spinning.
